Stuart I. Yormak, age 67, passed away on June 11, 2026, in California. Born on October 6, 1958, in New York, Stuart lived a life defined by kindness, friendship, and an unwavering compassion for others.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Eleanore and Herman Yormak, whose love, guidance, and values helped shape the remarkable man he became.

Growing up in New York, Stuart developed a lifelong love of sports. An accomplished tennis player and avid bowler, he remained active throughout his life, always enjoying the camaraderie and competition these sports provided. In later years, he discovered another passion in lawn bowling, where he became both skilled and well known. Whether playing in Santa Ana or Long Beach, Stuart could often be found perfecting his game, sharing laughter, and making new friends. He was also a devoted sports fan who rarely missed a game or tennis match. He faithfully cheered on his beloved Los Angeles Lakers, remained a lifelong fan of the New York Mets, and never missed an opportunity to watch the Tennis Channel.

A gifted student with a sharp mind and a strong work ethic, Stuart graduated as valedictorian of his class at Lawrence High School. He continued his education at the State University of New York at Albany, earning a Bachelor of Science degree and graduating magna cum laude—an achievement that reflected both his intelligence and dedication.

Stuart began his professional career in accounting, where he earned a reputation for integrity, precision, and dependability. He later found his true calling in real estate, where his warm personality, genuine compassion, and natural ability to connect with people allowed him to flourish. Stuart never saw people as simply clients; he treated everyone like family. He listened with empathy, offered help without hesitation, and always put the needs of others first.

To know Stuart was to know kindness. He possessed the rare gift of making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and at ease. He never met a stranger, and his generosity, warmth, and sincere interest in others led to countless lifelong friendships. His infectious smile, caring heart, quick wit, and positive spirit brightened every room he entered. Those who had the privilege of knowing him will remember not only what he accomplished, but how he made them feel—seen, appreciated, and loved. He was, quite simply, a truly extraordinary human being.

Stuart is survived by his brother Steven (Agata) his sister Claire (Don), his step sister Barb, many beloved nieces (Emily, Jill) and nephews (Spencer, Gabriel, Ben), other extended family members, and a wide circle of cherished friends who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

Although Stuart's life ended far too soon, the love he shared, the friendships he nurtured, and the countless lives he touched will continue to live on. His legacy is one of kindness, generosity, and genuine human connection. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of all who knew him.
