Santiago Estrada Noriega, Jr. (aka Chago / Jim / Jimbo), March 5, 1964 – January 25, 2021
Jim was born in Alamogordo, New Mexico. where he lived until graduating from Alamogordo High School in 1983.
After graduation he moved to California where he attended many trade schools and college earning his degree/certificates in welding and becoming a Master Welder. Jim worked hard and long hours eventually becoming a much sought-after Welding Inspector. In his last position as a certified welding, bolting, and fireproofing Inspector for Twining Laboratory, Long Beach California he earned many accolades and successfully achieved top place among welding associates and the Union throughout California.
Jim attended the Ontario First Church of the Nazarene in Ontario, California where his fellow Christian brothers and sisters held him in high regard.
Jim was a devoted Man of God; faithful and loving Father to his children and grandchildren; committed to his sisters and family; and a dedicated friend to many.
Jim is survived by his beloved children Alexandria Feliz Noriega, Santiago Valente Noriega, and Patricia Noriega Estrada. His sisters Liovy Chavez; Dolores Pantoja; Betty Green; and Wilma Noriega and numerous cousins who will never forget him.
Jim is preceded in death by his loving mother Maria Estrada Noriega and father Santiago Perez Noriega Sr.
